Hi Guys,
My key card has stopped working and I was wandering if you know anyone decent apart from the dealer that can provide a replacement key card? I'm in South Wales, close to Newport and I have a Vel Satis 04 plate.
Thanks for your help

I had my keycard repaired by Motorlocksmith in Bradford, and it has worked perfectly for over a year now. Here's a link to his e-Bay details. Good luck !

Is the key card rattling? That normally signifies broken inards. Sitting on or dropping the key card. I've had it happenning a couple of times and have used Malik 4235 on E-Bay. Very good service and repair. Type in this: Renault Key Card Repair Fix Service Megane Scenic Espace 4 button key/card. This will bring you to Malik's page.

all the best,

Brian

Thanks guys, but I know that those cards are not meant to be opened, so I think I will go for a new one. I have found those guys online, they have really good reviews - Key Card Services – have you heard of them or maybe has anyone used them?

They do open them quite neatly and bond them back together with superglue. When buying a new one it has to be programmed by Renault which can be costly. With my experiences over the years I would recommend a  repair.

Let  us know how you get on.
